Apply to Participate in Brisket King® NYC
Brisket King® NYC is a curated event featuring the best restaurants and most talented chefs in the industry. Each year, we select 20+ rising-star and award-winning participants to throw down for the Brisket King® NYC Crown.
We encourage all types of brisket preparations and celebrate New York City and global flavors that go beyond traditional Texas smoked BBQ. Participants will serve their brisket to festival attendees and a panel of expert judges to be evaluated on a number of factors, including flavor, presentation, and creativity. Grand Prize Winners receive the title of Brisket King® NYC, Brisket King® NYC trophy, and gifts.
Selection to participate in Brisket King® NYC is by invitation only. Limited spots will be filled following application review.
