It was the fortification before the storm, as several hundred carnivores descended upon the Lafayette Firehouse for this year’s Brisket King of NYC on Wednesday, February 12th. Nearly two dozen chefs competed (see full list below) with the crown being claimed by Will Horowitz of Duck’s Eatery of the East Village!
